(Exoskeleton 2): Cytoskeleton Not Loading

On launching Grasshopper, I get the following error messages:

Object: Cytoskeleton (level 1)

}

Object: Cytoskeleton (level 2)

_ Could not load file or assembly ‘PlanktonGh, Version=0.3.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null’ or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified._
_ FileNotFoundException_
}

When Grasshopper loads, Cytoskeleton is missing.

Does anyone have a fix? I’ve seen the problem posted (mostly 4 years ago), but I can’t find the solution.
